Cancellation Policy

To protect both clients and snappers, SnapsPH has established a clear slate of cancellation policy. 

FREE CANCELLATIONS:

    •  Within 24 hours of booking, should there be any changes clients are allowed to cancel the booking without any fees as long as the event is scheduled for more than 2 days.
    • Non-instant bookings that are pending confirmation from the snapper, may be canceled anytime without any fees. As long as no payment has been made yet.  

Please note: A non-refundable 99 PHP convenience fee applies to all bookings, covering costs incurred for ads/promotions, regardless of cancellation timing.

CANCELLATION WITH FEES:

To protect as well the loss of opportunity of our snappers, we have established some cancellation fee policy:

    • Non-Major Event (<10,000 PHP Service Value): 3-4 days before the event schedule date, will incur 25% of the service value as cancellation fee. 
    • Major Events (>10,000 PHP Service Value): 1-2 weeks before the event, 50% of the service value will be the cancellation fee. This is to help cover the loss of opportunity from the Snapper’s blocked-off schedule.
    • Pre-Event Shoots: Once output is delivered and/or service is rendered partially, 50% of the service value will serve as the cancellation fee and payment provider fees may also be applied.

NON-CANCELLABLE:

If the booking was made past 24 hours, and the scheduled date is within 2 days (non-major event) and less than 1 Week (for major events),  this booking is already considered as final and non-cancellable.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY:

    • In cases of force majeure or events beyond our control, we offer flexibility for rescheduling or cancellation at no extra charge, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Reschedule Policy

We know life can be unpredictable, and plans may change! That’s why we’ve put together some straightforward guidelines. These are designed to navigate those changes smoothly, ensuring both our clients and Snappers can adjust without any stress.

FREE RESCHEDULING:

    •  Within 24 hours of booking, should there be any changes clients are allowed to request for rescheduling to the snapper and the event scheduled date from the request date is >48 hours.
    • Bookings that are made after 24 hours (Non-Major Event): If booking scheduled date is 4 days or more from the date of request of reschedule. Subject to availability of the Snapper. 
    • Bookings that are made 24 hours (Major Event): If booking scheduled date is 2 weeks or more from the date of request of reschedule. Subject to availability of the snapper.

RESCHEDULE WITH FEE:

    • Major Events: If the book scheduled date is less than 2 weeks and the booking transaction has been made past 24 hours,  
    • Non-Major Events: If the booked date is within 2-3 days, reschedule requests are contingent upon photographer’s availability (fee is subject to mutual agreement between snapper and client).
      • If the photographer is unavailable on the requested date, the client may incur a 20% additional fee and we will arrange for another photographer.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY:

    • In cases of force majeure or events beyond our control, we offer flexibility for rescheduling or cancellation at no extra charge, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

If a photographer isn’t available, clients will need to pick a new date that a photographer can accommodate. Alternatively, if the service is still within the cancellable period, clients may opt for cancellation, following the cancellation policies mentioned above.
